Updates the current state of the table of contents to be exhaustive.

Description

I believe the table of contents (ToC) should be more exhaustive. ToCs typically provide a synopsis of all categories the reader is expected to see before diving into a document. An exhaustive listing will provide leniency for users navigating the documentation (README file).

Since the changes from #86 has been included in this branch, I've added it to that branch, and will close this. Thanks for tidying that up, was planning on doing that after splitting off firefox, but this works too.
