Problem with docs saving in google-docs subfolder #443

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a new document
2. try to save in a subfolder of your googledocs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected asking for positioning the file, i see the file saved in the home 
googledoc folder 

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
version online on 2013 september 14, chrome
