Looking for new maintainer #169

Due to moving jobs, I haven't been using dokku actively since 2020 and so I am no longer the right person to maintain this ansible role.

This role is looking for a new maintainer; happy to help someone new get started

If anyone wants to start maintaining this project, please let me know. For anyone who has yet to have commits land in the repo, I'll review PRs while you get your feet wet before granting maintainer status.
