update dokku-daemon dependency #79

fix #77

The dokku-daemon version used by the role was from Jan 2017 and overlooked in recent updates of dependencies.

Also, fix hostname test (dokku domains command deprecated).

Also includes a commit to fix new linter warnings in ansible 2.9
