dokku 0.7.2 incompatibility #12

Hi there, I was using this plugin without any problem since updating to dokku 0.7.2 then an infinite redirect loop happened for a simple redirection like: www.domain.com to domain.com. I tried unsetting, reinstalling, etc. Thanks.
