I specified http and https proxies. but still this error comes out

splunk version 7+ version apps 1.1.0

And

/opt/splunk/bin/splunk cmd python /opt/splunk/etc/apps/TA-centralops/bin/centralopswhois.py --scheme error_message=RuntimeError at "/opt/splunk/etc/apps/TA-centralops/bin/splunklib/searchcommands/search_command.py", line 610 : Command centralopswhois appears to be statically configured for search command protocol version 1 and static configuration is unsupported by splunklib.searchcommands. Hi @gitingua ,

Splunk 7.x is no longer supported. Please upgrade to Splunk 8.x
