7 years ago Is the card installed right? The problem seems to be that your mac doesn't recognize it? First time I tried I didn't push the card right in it's holder. It didn't make connection and couldn't be red... Maybe check if this is your problem as well?

Your Issue: I have installed the card and adapter into my iMac and I tried running the tool. Bluetooth and Wifi in the status bar says they are not available. Here is the information from the system diagnostic (below) PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
