Is there already an open topic for this issue? No. I found a reply by justineramos about the bluetooth problem in #307 but seems no workaround yet.
Please include the following information.
Your Issue: Installing went fine but Bluetooth and WiFi are not availble after reboot. (I tried both master and latest beta (2.4b2)
Steps done to try to fix the issue: I tried to uninstall (normally), uninstall with recovery but the issue still persist. Have to use macOS recovery to reinstall OS again to get bluetooth and WiFi working again.
