Same here: MacBookPro8,3 on 10.12.6. "Bluetooth not available"

Similarly, I'm using High Sierra (beta 6?) and it's not working.
I have a MacBook Air Mid 2011 (13") that's supposed to work out of the box.

Sorry, I should've use CAT-beta instead of master. With CAT-beta bluetooth Trackpad works on Mac mini, AirDrop works between Mac mini and iPhone SE. Handoff also works between MacBook Pro 2015 and Mac mini/iPhone, but doesn't work only between Mac mini and iPhone SE.

The same for me. After upgrading to 10.12.6 handoff on my Mac mini 2011 became not working. When I re-installed CAT, bluetooth connections became unavailable at all: from Bluetooth pane I can see my Magic Trackpad but "connect" action fails, I can also see my iPhone SE but handoff doesn't work. After uninstallation of CAT Trackpad returns, handoff checkbox on General pane disappears.
