10.13.5 bootloop after installation

Please include the following information.

• OS Version: High Sierra 10.13.5
• Mac model: MBP early 2011 (Hackintosh Thinkpad T420)
• Dongle or replaced card?: replaced card (60y3303)
• Used dongle/card: new

Your Issue: After CAT installation: reboot doesn't complete and enters bootloop. Wasn't able to get a log of the verbose, as boot process restarts abruptly. Notes:

• CAT installation runs smoothly, with one exception: IOBluetoothFamily.kext backup failed. IO80211Family.kext backup failed.

Steps done to try to fix the issue:

• disabling SIP
• re-enabling SIP on reboot after installation nothing changed

Edit: renamed kext correctly.

Got same issue on MacBookPro7.1(no hackintosh with gmyle bluetooth dongle) 10.13.5 I don’t know how to fix it please fix it

Just that I edited my post to contain the correct kext name (IO80211.kext prior to edit)

Im sorry but that’s not the solution as I was just correcting my spelling mistake. Again: just to show why I edited the post. The problem still persists

Hey sorry I didn't get your last post.

Unfortunately I was running CAT on a macbook pro model, not a Hackintosh - I just ran it and it worked, so unfortunately I can't help :(
