CAT not working or Kernal panic at MacBook5.1 (10.14.1_ unofficial and 10.12)

when I install this at Mojave and El capitan. it happen kernal panic

also I tried to install at Yosemite it work in here but upgrade to Mojave

it change to not working.

please give advice and help
