SQLite: update file /srv/lib/plugins/blogtng/helper/../db//update0002.sql not found, skipped. #128

That is right, that version number was skipped, when update0003 was created. However, it is not completely consistent, it works so far I know just fine. Renaming will break the logic of only increasing number in time. Thanks for the question.
