Throw an error While installing this Plugin: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class syntax_plugin_comment in /usr/share/mantis/www/dokuwiki/lib/plugins/comment/syntax.php on line 30

Any suggestions?

Yes, search for another class called "syntax_plugin_comment" in your wiki installation.
