Hi,

I'm using the include plugin for blogging after a long work to import my posts from Dotclear blog CMS.

However, footer information like tags, date or author can appear or not ! I don't understand what is the rule : in the same namespace, with same rights and ACLS, all in utf-8 encode, pages can be appear with tags and dates or not... An example is here : http://psm-serv.pu-pm.univ-fcomte.fr/thulin/dokuwiki/doku.…

Only the post named "Déménagement en cours" is tagged.

I tried to reinstall blog plugins, manually erase the cache, reindexing, and use an other template, but I can't understand what happens. My line for blogging is just : {{blog>wistithi:blog?10}} but I have the same problem with a simple : {{page>:wistithi:blog:ergonomie:ergoprevention}}

To end, in the html source, I can see that the critic balise is empty only with posts without foorters :

div class="inclmeta level1"   /div

Thanks, Thibaud.

Versions OS : ubuntu 9.10 Firefox 3.5.6 Dokuwiki : 2009-12-25c "Lemming"

Is this still an issue?

thibaud commented 14 years ago

Yes ! But now I understand when this is arriving. Metadata are not refreshed after modifying them directly in pages. I have to open the plain page to refresh information, after that the blog works correctly. Sorry for multiple posts with different plugins, I don't know who is the responsable ;-)

This is a bug in DokuWiki core we are currently fixing. As you noticed correctly metadata is refreshed too late. I hope I will be able to fix this during the next weeks. For more details see http://www.freelists.org/post/dokuwiki/Fixing-metadata-rendering

I've now fixed that in DokuWiki core, git revision 98214867894eba512bf47cba3439ccba3968f49b (2010-11-22). This is still experimental, but it is definitely a bug of DokuWiki core and not the include plugin. If the issue should persist with the current git version of DokuWiki or the next stable release (April 2011) please reopen/create a new report.
