Work to improve Lumina during work on project rainbow!

This includes:

• changing the mechanism that loads a Core ML model to specify a model on a recognition instance and an accompanying string label
• use of the IBM Plex Sans font (fixes #78 )
• changed class to open access control to allow subclassing into UINavigationController and UITabBarController
• only asks for microphone permissions if recordsVideo is set to true and microphone permissions have not previously been granted
• torch and switch buttons moved down to accommodate for iPhone X (fixes #71 )
