English example text trims spaces in wiki text. e.g. lists syntax #41

The prefixed spaces of the list syntax are removed in the English example wiki syntax. This of course usually for html rendering, but her not that desired.

Another example of space & newline combis that are nice to be preserved is the signature marker in mails. e.g. in mailtext.txt the dash-dash-space-newline \n-- \n is wanted instead of dash-dash-newline \n--\n
