[Publisher] Add local/remote file as video source #196

[x] user can add a local video file by opening a file picker - useLocalFiles hook ~~user can add a remote video file by inputting the URL.~~ Because of the CORS and bandwidth issue, we won't provide this feature.

We won't do drap&drop in this release. Only file picker.
