[Publisher App] Not able to use different resolutions other than default one for streaming #277

When the publisher selects the any other resolution other than the default one from the setting menu, it selects the default one only for the streaming.

This is a regression issue and was working fine in main branch and also in the integration branch.

STEPS:

  1. Open the Publisher App
  2. Configure the settings -> Select any other resolution other than default
  3. It uses the default resolution instead of the selected one
