Update the following on V1/V2 release:

[ ] Millicast Spell Issue on App title name The title of the viewer/publisger page is mispelled, "Millicast" has 2 "L"s.
[ ] Account ID env variable VITE_MILLICAST_STREAM_ID= ==> rename this variable to account id This in RTS language, a stream id is actually accountid/streamid so this confused
[ ] Update the readme accordingly
