German Translation - i will help #293

Hi,

is there a option to switch to german language - if u need help feel free to ask me. I can help with the translation but not with the coding.

Hello, german language is exist, your system must be set to DE and then is used.

Not everything is available in German, see marked fields image

@cryd-s i just merged #288 . That should make it easier to contribute missing translations.

@Pyromane Hi, senors (entity) name translation hasn't been added yet to thermal comfort. Once it has been implemented it also doesn't work like the other translations that are translated in the frontend, but the name/translation of the sensor will be set on creation.
