Fix moist air enthalpy calculation to match ASHRAE fundamentals 2021 edition #306

The moist air enthalpy calculations do not match the equations in the ASHRAE fundamentals 2021 edition. This PR fixes that and adds references to the source of each equation and uses the same naming scheme to make it easier to follow.
