Remove deprecated ICSFactory class altogether. It has been deprecated for a long time. Users who absolutely must have acces to an ICS where none exists could attempt to create their own using COM.FutureTense.CS.Factory.newCS(), but this is not supported and subject to unintuitive behaviour. Also removed deprecated methods that used it.
