Summary

Rebase all changes to the last upstream commit.

What changes in discord/appinfo.py offer new functionality? I don't see how application information, code grant information and such is useful for a user account, or am I missing something?

It wraps the dev portal.

I have good news! One more thing before this PR can be merged and 2.0 can go into beta.
Only issue is, that thing is guild members...

After that's done, I'm not implementing anything more until release, only bugfixes.

This is officially ready. Only merge conflicts left.

Merging the PR doesn't mean I'm done. It just means I'm done rebasing from v1.x.

After solving the merge conflicts and merging with upstream, I only have a few more things before release:

Auth
Modals
Slash command attachments
Bug-fixing
Documentation
