Rebase to latest upstream (but with actual rebasing) #280

At this point, it might be easier to take the current discord.py code and apply -self's changes on top of it, rather than the other way around.

Nah not really, the repository has quite a lot of changes.

Nah not really, the repository has quite a lot of changes. Its taking kinda long and commands dont work anymore i think hes right.

What's currently blocking the work that's been done in this PR from being merged?
