Summary

Allow user bots to use the screen share function

What is the feature request for?

The core library

The Problem

Sorry if the suggestion is too obvious but I am not sure how hard it will be to add that functionality to user bots, because as you may know normal discord bots can't screen share.

The Ideal Solution

Allow user bots to screenshare a video or an image, for example.

The Current Solution

Unfortunately, screensharing/video is incredibly difficult to implement.
