Summary

Implements (almost) the entirety of:

Applications
Teams
Billing (including premium guild/boosting, subscriptions, payments, etc.)
Store/SKUs
Promotions
Entitlements (including gifts)

Along with various other related miscellaneous fixes/improvements.
