It should be possible to configure search paths for the configuration system to look for configuration files #207

Right now the system is limited to the .dolittle folder and the current folder and one level up the hierarchy. This should be more flexible.

We should be able to configure this when booting programatically.

Explore if we should enable configuring this from other sources as well, or by convention through the existence of a configuration file that configures this.
