Let's hold off on pulling this in. The implication of pulling it in is that we will go from 4 -> 5, which is OK in theory, it just is a bit of a pain having to update some 10 repositories to 5.* right now. We have some pipeline work to do to make this smoother.

Created a branch from this branch called DawnOfEvents-Breaking that will be a base for us to work from containing most of the breaking changes in one pile
