Fix reverse call #310

This PR build upon the previous PR #309. Pull that in first.

This PR attempts to improve upon the Reverse Call mechanisms in the Services projects by using the new contracts and simplifying the ReverseCallDispatcher.

┆Issue is synchronized with this Asana task

I snuck in a minor change here at the last minute - that fixes some unspecified package references in the Specifications projects. Hope you are not to upset @woksin 🙂
