This will be coming partially from my fork; it might need to just be a template / writeup as I can't really figure out if its possible to include / reference another eslintrc file. https://github.com/dolittle-einar/JavaScript.Build

It should be using the Babel parser - so that we get full support for the plugins we add to Babel.
