Create icons vscode

Would be cool to have icons associated with the different artifact types. That includes:

• [ ] - Event
• [ ] - Aggregate Root
• [ ] - Query
• [ ] - ReadModel
• [ ] - Event Processor
• [ ] - Command Handler
• [ ] - Policy
• [ ] - Validator
• [ ] - Business Rule
• [ ] - Security
• [ ] - Bounded Context
• [ ] - Module
• [ ] - Feature
• [ ] - Event Store

Also to add to this, icons for Modules, Features and Bounded Contexts would be nice aswell
