This PR removes the runtime, tooling, interaction and fundamentals folders from the repo and the submodules within.
A lot of our docs are outdated and obsolete. The old structure with the GitHub organisations also doesn't make sense anymore so this PR cleans a lot of that up. In the future we're going to have to decide where to put the new docs with general themes (like, "what is an event handler").
