Fix a duplicate header in https://dolittle.io/docs/contributing/guidelines/working_locally/

There's a lot of good information in the guidelines. Especially since I'm working on a project using CQRS, MVVM patterns. If you like, you could give a list of the chapters which you think aren't of use anymore due to the changes in the product, and I could add a deprecation tag in the headers. That way it is clear to the reader it hasn't been updated a while but the reading material would still be available.
