Summary

Adds a README to the published packages root so that it shows up in npm for @dolittle/sdk

This should do the trick if I understood the npm docs on this correctly. I just made a symlink to the repo's README.md.

Our workflow publishes every package it finds and the @dolittle/sdk package is the main one we could start with having the README in this one (and probably not even care about the others tbh).

I've superseded this now with (a little more complicated setup) that will come with #88. So I will close this down now - thanks for the pointer to how it works :)
