Use NCCad9 and CNC cutter HW to access the serial port

As I hoped this could be accomplished by simply using a file bind for the device file /dev/ttyS0

it has not been tested thoroughly whether the communication works flawlessly in any case
the running user must be in the right group to access serial devices, e.g. dialout
