Fix the patch for 4.4.74+ #19

Hi,

Recently, there has been a security update that affectes mm/mmap.c heavily thus 1/15 hunks in that patch file couldn't be applied anymore.

In this commit I've reapplied the patch to new tree, fixed the conflict and replaced the mmap.c part of the patch and now it applies fine to versions 4.4.74 and later.

Note that the security fix is also backported to other branches so I suspect they also need to be refreshed, but this commit is for 4.4 only.

Unfortunately I cannot accept your patch, because it does not apply on 4.4.0
