in package browser under a scenario all the packages (in lower left panel) were by default selected ... and then instead on install package my mouse slipped and i pressed uninstall package by mistake ... it went into a loop and ultimately thru windows task manager i had to end taks dolphin 7
it would help if uninstall package response windows had an abort option.
Trying to install seaside-bootstrap4 which thru an error as seaside was already installed (have reported that issue separtely)
on return it seemed all packages were by default selected
