Updated comments and strings for consistency (System) #1137

Slowly working my way through files under Core/Object Arts/Dolphin/, these edits affect System sourcefiles. Do let me know if you find anything odd that I may have misinterpreted. As you can tell, I have plenty more files to check.

I've undone the stupidity and taken out of the equation (and pull request) the irrelevant changes. Again, please forgive my inexperience with git. I'm still making noobish mistakes, and I'll try to fix them where I know how. I'll add in the fixes you've suggested along with the ones that have already made it.
