Update Documentation #148

Hello,

Thanks for all the work on updating this library to v2. I saw that some of the documentation was updated, but it looks like there are still a few broken links / outdated guides. This link is on the Readme here and doesn't seem to go anywhere: https://docs.dolthub.com/reference/python/ Also the notebook example / guide does not seem to run on Deepnote properly anymore: https://docs.dolthub.com/integrations/notebooks Thanks!
