Query history in workbench

Often people want to re-run specific queries. In the Hosted SQL workbench we should have a query history stored in the session. Potentially even unsuccessful ones.

Once we have that data stored we can expose it in a few ways but the easiest, most natural way to me is when you hit up to scroll beyond the query box, the previous query populates,

[timsehn]

Obviously down beyond the query box goes forward in time until you get to your currently editing query.
