Right now updating dolt_docs on the workbench is handled by the GraphQL server and automatically creates a commit/potentially a pull request. This is inconsistent with other workbench operations, which generate the query and run it in the sql console without committing
We need a dolt_docs procedure to make this work so that the dolt_docs table doesn't need to be manually created before any docs exist
