Missing method in `delete-treatment` sequence diagram #18

In all the other delete sequence diagram, before the deleteTreatment(Braces) method is call on Model, a getTreatmentByName method is called. Can refer to delete-patient.

Hence, it will be consistent to add a getTreatmentByName method is in this sequence diagram
