fi mobs dropping adena #130

no changes have been made to the drop tables yet, so I'm not sure if this is an 
old bug, or something new created in the code some how, or an intentional 
change by us for game play purposes

k turns out this was an intentional addition.

I'm fixing it on retrib.net, but haven't decided about l1j-en yet.
