Monsters that spawn after they die are suppose to do secondary attack #230

On live when you kill a monster whenever they re-spawn they are suppose to do 
there secondary attack once.

Example:
Undead Elmore Solider respawns
UES uses secondary attack

this is live-like as i remember when i played!
