Summon logout + AOE spell issue #94

If a player logs out, leaving a summon that can be attacked, then that
summon is hit by an AOE spell, it will damage all players within range.

this same thing happens in door ways.

if a player ms's someone in a doorway and someone (outside of the combat zone) 
is in
range, it will hit them too.  It's been that way for a while, I imagine the 
same is
true with the pet thing and no one has caught it till now
