Use with visual studio emulator #26

Is it possible update the plugin to work with the visual studio emulator. When I attempt to use it I get the error CrossGeofence - Google Play services is unavailable. However I can go to maps.google.com and my emulated location shows in the browser so I know location services is enabled and working. Any ideas?
