Perhaps you can add spaces between the lines to make it more legible.

Thanks for the suggestion, however, as it reflects the Formatter class in our programme accurately and all the overloaded functions are necessary, we are rejecting this bug.

Reason for disagreement: I totally agree with your reasoning of adding all the overloadied functions. However, my bug concerns the fomatting of the diagram. It is quite hard to read, as all the texts are squashed together into one.
