Updates/sql disable public access #47

New bots and updated the authentication mechanism as the current one is being deprecated (see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/64063850/azure-python-sdk-serviceprincipalcredentials-object-has-no-attribute-get-tok)

Also updated VM bots with updated methods in latest SDK.

All packages should be excluded from the project - you have here more then 5000 files changed
