Would it be possible that the bot display infos in private chat only? For instance, a player could send "delta" to the bot and the bot answer the list of delta player available in private chat.

It is indeed possible, but I think it would be more annoying to the users and would call for more configuration (aka more work :-) ), while the ASR chat room stays blank most of the time. But I might not know some other mechanism, I'm not so familiar with KGS, feel free to add comments!
