update version tag for new EAPI #17

hi, I'd like to see an updated version of this tool get packaged on to portage. could you please bump the git version tag to reflect the new changes? i'd be happy to update the ebuild if you'd like.

You might try https://github.com/jauhien/gs-pypi, otherwise I'm ready to give over maintainership for g-pypi :)
